A minimum initial spend of $20 is required to join.

Earn points ($1 = 1 point)
1000 points = $50 credit
Minimum $50 credit must be used per transaction, cannot be transferred, or partially carried over, use per $50 increments

*Points and member discounts does not apply to:
- online website purchases
- during shop sales
- items on special / discounted
- E-PACS Café, freshly made cakes & cookies by the shop counter

Points and discounts are not transferrable to other member numbers.

E-PACS staff has the right to refuse discount purchases without a valid member number provided. 

You must save your member number (i.e. in your phone address book), It is company policy we do not allow personal details to be searched upon checkout.
